inspections company, announced that it has opened its first strategic alliance
store with Auto Advantage of Atlanta, Georgia.

Auto Advantage is among greater Atlanta's premier car wash service facilities.
Unlike the typical automated/hand dry car wash, Auto Advantage offers its
customers a full array of automotive services, plus a Coffee Bar & Internet
Cafe.  Their high volume and expanse of value added products and services
allows Speedemissions to tap into their existing high customer traffic, with a
substantially lower investment than a free standing store.

President/CEO of Speedemissions, Rich Parlontieri stated, "This alliance is our
first step in seeking opportunities to grow our business outside the norm of
developing stand alone stores. This relationship with Auto Advantage allows us
to penetrate a market that we have tried to enter for two years. Strong traffic
flow and significantly lower construction costs versus a normal free standing
store are likely to show a good return on investment for this location. Lastly,
the market has a high percentage of newer vehicles, meaning there should be
fewer failed tests and thus, a reduction in re-tests. This results in being
