                    ACQUISITION OF CLEVER TV LIMITED

SP Holdings PLC ("the Company"), the marketing and financial services company,
announces the acquisition of the entire issued capital of Clever TV Limited
("CleverTV"), a leading database marketing company founded by Andrew Deeks.
CleverTV owns the rights to DreamLeagueTM (www.dreamleague.com),  and clients
include ITV and Trinity Mirror Group.

CleverTV will operate as a stand-alone company, within the group's Marketing
Services Division with Andrew Deeks as Managing Director.

Commenting on the deal, SP Holdings Chairman, Simon Eagle, said:

'CleverTV is a leading player in the fast-growing database and on-line
relationship marketing sector, with particularly strong opportunities in China
and the rest of Asia. CleverTV's combination of technical database skills along
with strong marketing creativity enable its clients to recruit, profile and
develop an ongoing communication strategy with its consumers. The business
dovetails strongly with our retail, media and TV operations.'

The Company's brand development subsidiary, SP Brands, has been appointed by one
of the UK's leading high street retailers to work with them on the development
of its football merchandise strategy.
