          Placing of 100,000,000 New Common Shares at 0.25p per share

The Company announces that it yesterday placed 100,000,000 New Common Shares at
0.25p per share to raise #250,000 before expenses. The New Common Shares will
rank parri passu with the existing Common Shares.

Application has been made for the New Common Shares to be admitted to trading on
the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings in the New Common
Shares are expected to commence on 21 January 2004.
