Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Mandatory Notification of Trade - Employee Share Saving Plan

Employees who are part of Schibsted's Employee Share Saving Plan and for practical reasons keep their shareholdings on a nominee account maintained by a third party have sold B-shares and reinvested in A-shares to keep the program to one share class.

The B-shares were sold on 22 June at a price of NOK 238.99 per share and the A-shares were bought on the same day at a price of NOK 250.82 per share.

Shares sold and reinvested by primary insider employees are disclosed in the attachment. Schibsted ASA has not bought or sold any shares in this transaction.
