Peter Gnecco, an industry veteran, joins Royal Spring Water Inc. as the new Chief Operation Engineer.

LOS ANGELES, March 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Royal Spring Water Inc. (OTC:RSPG), (the "Company") a bottler and distributor of pure water from the Artesian wells of the "Ogallala Aquifer", announced today that it has now added a full time second shift to increase production capacity to meet the growing order demands that are being received. The company is now planning to add a third shift in the upcoming weeks. Mr. Gnecco, a long time industry expert, has now joined Royal Spring Water Inc. as part of the management team.

Royal Springs Water, Inc. consulted with Mr. Gnecco as an operating engineer and bottling line specialist as of December 2006.

As the relationship between Mr. Gnecco and Royal Spring Water Inc. proved to be successful, and the company production needs increased, both parties agree to designate Mr. Gnecco's position with the company to a long term management position. Mr. Gnecco has relocated to Hereford, Texas, as a full time management team member and has assumed the position of Chief Operating Engineer.
