RoboGroup T.E.K to Voluntarily Delist From Nasdaq Capital Market

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, December 7  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RoboGroup T.E.K Ltd. (NASDAQ:ROBO)(TASE:ROBO) announces the voluntary delisting of its ordinary shares from the NASDAQ Capital Market at the opening of business on December 8, 2005. The delisting shall occur simultaneously with the completion of the 90-day period following the Company's previously reported filing of its Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Following the deregistration and delisting, the Company's shares will continue to trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE").
