Item 8.01 Other Events.

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.609375 per share on its 9.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Stock”) that is payable with respect to the period commencing on July 29, 2017 and ending on October 30, 2017. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2017 to the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock as of October 30, 2017.

 

A copy of the press release of the Company dated October 13, 2017 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
