REM - TERMINATION OF CHARTER PARTY FOR REM POSEIDON

The charter party for the CSV vessel "Rem Poseidon" between Rem Ship AS and Adams Offshore has been terminated due to non-fulfilment of Charterers obligation. Rem Ship AS has bank guarantees that secure payments through second quarter.
