REM - SUMMONS FOR BONDHOLDERS' MEETING

Please find attached the Summons for the bondholders' meeting in Rem Offshore ASA (the "Company") for changes to its bond ISIN NO 001067283.5 ("REM 04 PRO") and its bond ISIN NO 001072023.8 ("REM 05").

For background information on the proposed changes, please see announcement of 27 June 2016, concerning the Company's comprehensive financial restructuring and the company presentation attached to the Summons.
