REM - SALE OF VESSEL

Rem Offshore ASA has entered into an agreement to sell the CSV vessel "Rem Forza" (MT 6022 design), to an international customer. Delivery of the vessel to new owner will take place shortly.  The sale will give a booked profit, and a net cash of approx. NOK 200 mill after repayment of debt.
