REM - POSTPONED DELIVERY OF VESSEL UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Rem Offshore ASA contracted in June 2014 an OCV vessel at Vard Group AS. Due to present marked conditions Rem Offshore ASA and Vard Group AS has agreed to postpone the delivery of the vessel until 1th quarter 2018.
