Cancellation of bondholders' meetings and summons to new bondholders' meetings

Please find attached (i) notice of cancellation of bondholders' meetings scheduled for 26 August 2016 for the bondholders in Rem Offshore ASA (the "Company") and (ii) a summons for new bondholders' meetings in the Company to resolve a restructuring of bond loans, in both case related to bonds with ISIN NO 001067283.5 and bonds with ISIN NO 001072023.8.

For background information on the restructuring, please see announcement of (i) 27 June 2016, concerning the Company's comprehensive financial restructuring and the company presentation attached to the Summons and (ii)  1 August 2016 concerning the merger with Solstad Offshore ASA.

The bondholders' meetings will be held on 6 September at 13:00 (CET) at the premises of Nordic Trustee ASA, Haakon VIIs gt.1, 0161 Oslo.

A printed version of the summons will be sent by post to all bond holders.
