On November 13, 2017, we issued a press release including results for our first quarter ended September 30, 2017, and announcing a teleconference and webcast   to be held November 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time, which will include a discussion on results of operations in greater detail and an update on corporate developments. We have attached a copy of the press release as an exhibit to this report.
