                      Notification of Directors' Interests

The Company received notification on 24 September 2003 that each of Mr W J
Glover and Mr P B Coleridge, both Directors of the Company, had accepted options
over ordinary shares of #0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") as granted to them
conditionally on 8 August 2003 and that simultaneously certain options
previously granted to them were surrendered in accordance with the conditions of
grant, as follows:
