Chairman of Patient Safety Technologies Named to Center for Patient Safety Research and Practice at the Brigham and Women's Hos

today that Chairman Louis Glazer, M.D., Ph.G., has been named to the
inaugural Executive Council of the Center for Patient Safety Research
and Practice at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical
School.

established to create knowledge and ways to improve systems and change
the culture of medicine to embrace the safety of patients as the first
