      Patient Safety Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:PST) announced today that on 
      November 14, 2006 an EDGAR agent mis-filed another company’s 
      Form 10-Q under PST’s codes. The erroneous 
      filing was due to a confusion of the EDGAR access codes by the EDGAR 
      agent. The filing now listed has nothing to do with PST and the EDGAR 
      agent is currently removing it in its entirety from the EDGAR system and
