Re:  Repayment of Company loan



The Board of Directors of the Fund wish to announce that a further #1,000,000 of
the loan to the Company from the Bank of Scotland was re-paid today 7 March,
reducing the outstanding balance to #21.0 million.  The Company incurred no
costs with this repayment.
