The Directors of the Company wish to announce that Aberdeen Asset Managers
Limited interest in the above Company has reduced by 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares
(the "Shares").  The total number of Shares now managed by Aberdeen Asset
Managers Limited and its associated companies is 5,365,000 Shares representing
12.70% of the issued share capital of the Company.
