Other Events

 

On January 31, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted Fast Track designation to pegunigalsidase alfa, or PRX-102, the Company’s plant cell-expressed recombinant, pegylated, cross-linked α-galactosidase-A candidate for the treatment of Fabry disease. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
