American Stock Exchange Lists Citigroup Funding Incorporated 1.75% Principal- Protected Notes Based Upon the Nikkei 225 Index

NEW YORK, Nov. 25  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Inc.'s 1.75% Principal-Protected Notes based upon the Nikkei 225 Index.

Priced at $10 with an initial offer size of 2,260,000, this equity trades under the ticker symbol PFT and has a maturation date of May 29, 2009.

The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Inc. The Amex specialist unit is Kellogg Capital Group.
