CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PACEL, Corp. (OTC:PCCE) (BULLETIN BOARD: PCCE) has reached final terms for the acquisition of World Wide Personnel Services of Maine, Inc. and United Personnel Services, Inc. PACEL Corp. entered into a letter of intent to purchase World Wide Personnel Services of Maine, Inc. and United Personnel Services, Inc. in November 2005. The parties have set February 15, 2006 as the closing date.
