Real Estate Division Produces Record Growth

(OTC:PALL) (BULLETIN BOARD: PALL)  has expanded its real estate division due to
record growth.  The Company has moved the real estate and mortgage loan agents
to the Carlsbad, CA. office, which was recently purchased by Palomar, in order
to increase the personnel and revenue.  The 3,000 square foot facility should
allow The Company to more than double its number of agents and increase the
division's earnings.

Palomar Enterprises is a fast growing company that posted record revenue of
