On October 29, 2021, the Company issued a press release reporting that through its wholly-owned subsidiary ComplyTrust® Inc., announces the ComplyScan^TM cloud-backup compliance reporting product preliminary release that will be marketed and distributed through the ComplyTrust® suite of products.
