Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On September 15, 2021, the Company issued a press release reporting that through its brand, ComplyTrust®, today announced the latest v1.1.0 release of the “Forget-Me-Yes®” (FMY) data privacy solution. This is the first software release update in the scheduled product road map. This allows the ComplyTrust®, team to market and sell the “Forget-Me-Yes®” software as a service to a broader customer base. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
