This Post-Effective Amendment No. 58 relates to the Nuveen ESG Large-Cap ETF, Nuveen ESG Large-Cap Growth ETF, Nuveen ESG Large-Cap Value ETF, Nuveen ESG Mid-Cap Growth ETF, Nuveen ESG Mid-Cap Value ETF, Nuveen ESG Small-Cap ETF, Nuveen ESG International Developed Markets Equity ETF and Nuveen ESG Emerging Markets Equity ETF (collectively, the “Funds”), separate series of Nushares ETF Trust (the “Trust”). The sole purpose of this filing is to file as an exhibit to the Trust’s registration statement, risk/return information in interactive data format for the Funds.
