On December 28, 2016, Network-1 Technologies, Inc. ("Network-1") issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Patent Office issued U.S. Patent No. 9,529,870 ("Methods for Linking an Electronic Media Work to Perform an Action") to Network-1.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
