Alta Global Group (NYSE American: MMA) (“Alta” or the “Company”), a pioneering technology company seeking to aggregate and drive participation in combat sports, today announced it has filed a Request for Withdrawal of its Registration Statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), initially filed on September 5, 2024.

The Registration Statement has not been declared effective by the SEC, and no securities have been sold in connection with the offering.
