a leading developer of computerized drug delivery instruments that provides virtually painless and precise injections, today reported that the Company’s Interim CEO, Leonard Osser, completed the sale of shares to cover the cost of his options and associated taxes, as previously announced on December 16, 2020. The net impact of these transaction was an increase in Mr. Osser’s overall common stock holdings.
