| (1) | On July 13, 2017, the reporting person filed an Amendment No.1 to Schedule 13G reporting ownership of more than 10% of the shares of the Issuer on July 10, 2017. Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 13G reported that the reporting person owned 924,026 shares of the Issuer's common stock, which was 10.3% of the Issuer's outstanding common stock on such date.
