Magnetek to Announce Its Second Quarter Fiscal 2015 Results on August 4th

As previously announced, on August 4, 2015, before commencement of trading on the NASDAQ, Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: MAG) will announce the results of its fiscal 2015 second quarter, which ended on June 28, 2015.

Magnetek management will not conduct a conference call to discuss the results as previously scheduled.
