  BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS





  Monday, Jan. 25      Consolidated net sales for the twelve-month period
                       ended December 31, 2009

  Monday, March 1      Consolidated results for the fourth quarter of 2009;
                       statutory and consolidated financial statements for
                       fiscal year 2009

  Thursday, April 29   Consolidated results for the three-month period ended
                       March 31, 2010

  Monday, July 26      Consolidated results for the six-month period ended
                       June 30, 2010

  Monday, Oct. 25      Consolidated results for the nine-month period ended
                       September 30, 2010





After each of the above meetings of the Group's Board of Directors, Luxottica will issue a press release and hold an investor conference call and webcast to present results for the relevant period(s) to the financial community.

  Thursday, April 29   Approval of statutory and consolidated financial
                       statements for fiscal year 2009 [first call]

  Friday, April 30     Approval of statutory and consolidated financial
