Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 27, 2023, Cheniere Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.395 per share payable on February 27, 2023 to shareholders of record as of February 7, 2023. The Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
