Director Resignation



Kingsbridge Holdings plc ("the Company" or "Kingsbridge")



The Board of Kingsbridge announces the resignation yesterday of David Mckee as a
director of the Company in order that he may lead a management buy-out of
Kingsbridge Nottingham Limited.  This company comprises the IFA business carried
on out of the Castle Gate, Nottingham Office of the Company.  Outline terms have
been agreed relating to the management buy- out but it should be emphasised that
no legal agreement has yet been reached.  The Board expect terms to be agreed by
the end of May.



A further announcement will be made in due course once formal legal agreements
are signed.
