BOARD CHANGES


Kingsbridge Holdings plc ("Kingsbridge"), the AIM quoted provider of financial
services and advice focusing on sports and high net worth clients, announces
that Martin Greenwood resigned yesterday as chief executive officer with
immediate effect.  His departure is a result of the reduced size of the Group
following the disposal of IFP.


Eric Cater, the chairman of Kingsbridge, has assumed the position of executive
chairman of Kingsbridge for an interim period.  Mr Greenwood has agreed to
remain available to Kingsbridge in a consultancy capacity.


Commenting on these board changes Eric Cater said


"Martin Greenwood has made a valuable contribution to Kingsbridge during a
difficult period.  Moving forward, I and my other directors are now taking
active steps to maximise shareholder value which will be announced in due
course."
