(Pink Sheets: JPST.PK) announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of the assets comprising the Anderson, South Carolina and Statesville, North Carolina operations of Hexcel Reinforcements Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hexcel Corporation.
