Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On December 17, 2020, Hallador Energy Company (the “Company”) received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) confirming that the Company had regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires that listed securities maintain a minimum bid price of at least $1.00 per share. Accordingly, the matter which was previously disclosed on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 6, 2020 is now closed.
