American Stock Exchange Approves Cenuco for Trading, Symbol: ICU



BOCA RATON, Fla., May 19  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cenuco, Inc. ("Cenuco" or
the "Company")  (BULLETIN BOARD: CNUO)  announced today that the American Stock
Exchange (the "Amex") has approved Cenuco's common stock listing application. 
The Company expects to begin trading on the Amex under its new ticker symbol
"ICU" on Thursday, May 20, 2004.
