American Hospital Resources, Inc. Announces New Name and Symbol



HONOLULU, May 13  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AMHR (OTC Bulletin Board: AMHR;
HAPS) announces that the Company has effected its name change to HAPS USA, Inc.
and has been assigned a new trading symbol of HAPS on the OTCBB effective May
12, 2005.  After completing the shareholder mailing of its information
statement (14c), the Company is proceeding with all of the actions covered.

A formal closing ceremony is scheduled for May 30, 2005 in Irvine, California. 
Mark Buck, the CEO of AMHR, said, "The new management team brings their decades
of pachinko industry experience to this project and I am looking forward to
continuing with the Company in the role of Director.  Audited financials for
the HAPS USA, Inc. subsidiary for the 2003 and 2004 fiscal years are expected
