On January 14, 2021, Grayscale Investments, LLC, the sponsor of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (BTC) (the “Trust”), issued a report setting forth investment data for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 for certain investment products it sponsors and manages, including the Trust.
