Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. Declares Its 210th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

CINCINNATI, June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE MKT: FRS), announced today that the Board of Directors declared a $0.16 per share quarterly dividend payable July 10, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 26, 2013. This represents the 210th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Frisch's. The Company has reported a profit every year since going public in 1960, and paid cash dividends to shareholders every quarter over the same period.
