Friedman's Announces Second Amendment to Credit Facility
SAVANNAH, Ga., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Friedman's Inc. (OTC: FRDM),
the Value Leader in fine jewelry retailing, today announced that it has entered
into a second amendment to its credit facility. The amendment revises certain
financial covenants relating to the term loan portion of the credit facility
and, in particular, reduces the minimum cumulative EBITDA requirements for the
two month period ending November 27, 2004 and the required minimum ratio of
Accounts Payable to Inventory as of November 27, 2004.
Additional details regarding the second amendment to the credit facility will
be released in a current report on Form 8-K to be filed with the SEC.
