eUnits™ 2 Year U.S. Market Participation Trust: Upside to Cap / Buffered Downside Annual Meeting of Shareholders

BOSTON, Aug. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of eUnits™ 2 Year U.S. Market Participation Trust: Upside to Cap / Buffered Downside (the "Fund") (NYSE MKT: ETUA), a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The meeting will be held at the principal office of the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about September 27, 2013 to shareholders of record on September 11, 2013. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of three Class II Trustees of the Fund.  The results of the meeting will be reported in a subsequent report to shareholders.
