                      Notification of Preliminary Results


Epic Group plc, the UK's leading e-learning company, will announce Preliminary
Results for the year ended 31 May 2003 on Tuesday 22 July 2003.



There will be a briefing and buffet lunch for analysts on the morning of the
results at 11.45am at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2.
