Michael Inwards, Chariman purchases 3,500 ordinary shares



Following the exercise of a share option on 19 March 2003 (3,500 shares priced
at 79.5p each) and the retention of the shares acquired, the beneficial
interests of Michael Inwards, Chariman of Epic have increased.



Accordingly, Mr Inwards is now interested in 345,261 shares in Epic representing
1.34% of the current issued share capital.


The current issued ordinary share capital of Epic Group PLC is 25,695,976
ordinary 1p shares.
