Ennex International PLC ("Ennex" or "the Company")
Brochure of Particulars
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 17,409,521 Ordinary
Shares of nominal value Euro0.0125 each in the capital of the Company to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange. Dealing is expected to commence in these shares on 2 May 2003.
These Ordinary Shares have been allotted to creditors as settlement for services
provided to the Company. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
This total includes 1,383,518 Ordinary Shares allotted to Mr. Christian
Schaffalitzky, a Director of Ennex. Following this issue, Mr. Schaffalitzky
holds a total of 5,138,475 Ordinary Shares representing 1.72% of the enlarged
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
