NEW YORK, Aug. 31  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) opened trading today on Merrill Lynch's Accelerated Return Notes Linked to the Dow Jones STOXX Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 4,000,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol DXI and has a maturity date of November 06, 2008.
