American Stock Exchange Lists the Common Stock of Denison Mines Corp.

NEW YORK, April 19  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Denison Mines Corp. under the ticker symbol DNN.

Denison Mines Corp. is a diversified, growth-oriented, intermediate uranium producer.  The Company was formed through the combination of the business and operations of Denison Mines Inc. and International Uranium Corporation on December 1, 2006.
