Explanation of Responses:
(1)	These Restricted Stock Units were granted prior to the effective date of the Reporting Person's appointment as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer. These Restricted Stock Units vest on the date of the Company's filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ending October 2, 2021.
(2)	One-half of these Restricted Stock Units convert into Delta Apparel, Inc. Common Stock on a one-for-one basis and the remaining half convert into a cash amount equal to the market value of one-half of the aggregate Restricted Stock Units that vest.
