Holding in Company
Deltex Medical Group plc was notified today by Close Asset Management Holdings
Limited, pursuant to Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that
following the sale by Close Brothers Group plc of a total of 750,000 ordinary
shares held by it on behalf of discretionary managed clients, it has a total
holding of 8,983,001 ordinary shares representing 14.56% of the Company's issued
share capital. The shares are held as follows:
Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC 3,789,264 6.14%
Other investment funds
(below 3% each) 5,193,737 8.42%
Total 8,983,001 14.56%
The above interest is non-beneficial to Close Brothers Group plc and arise by
virtue of the discretionary management of the above shares under written
agreements between the beneficial owners of the shares and Close Investment
Limited, Close Brothers Investment Limited and Close Finsbury Asset Management
Limited, all of which are subsidiaries of Close Brothers Group plc.
