MONTREAL, May 13  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dectron Internationale (NASDAQ:
DECT) is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for
listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

The Company's shares are expected to begin trading on TSX at the open on
Monday, May 16th, 2005 under the ticker symbol DTL

Dectron's common shares will continue to trade on NASDAQ under the ticker
symbols DECT.

(Indoor Air Quality) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
